1. General

These Beta Terms apply to the CutBridge beta program and related pre-release access, including access granted through the CutBridge waitlist.

By joining the CutBridge waitlist or by using any beta version of CutBridge, you acknowledge that these Beta Terms may apply to your participation in the beta program.

2. No guarantee of access

Joining the CutBridge waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive access to the beta program.

Access may be granted only to selected users, in limited numbers, and at our sole discretion.

3. Nature of the beta program

CutBridge beta access is provided for testing, evaluation, and feedback purposes.

The beta version may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice, or become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

We do not guarantee that the beta version will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

4. Changes, suspension, or termination

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the beta program, the waitlist, or any related access at any time, with or without notice.

We may also decide not to continue development, release, or commercialize any beta feature or the beta program itself.

5. Feedback

If you provide comments, suggestions, ideas, reports, or other feedback regarding CutBridge, you agree that we may use that feedback to improve, modify, develop, or support CutBridge without any obligation to compensate you.

If you join the waitlist or participate in the beta program, we may contact you regarding:

  • waitlist status,

  • beta access,

  • onboarding,

  • technical issues,

  • product testing,

  • and related operational updates.

Any personal data processed in connection with the waitlist or beta program is subject to the Privacy Policy.

7. User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use any beta version of CutBridge.

You should not rely on the beta version as a guaranteed, final, production-ready tool.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, project protection measures, and review procedures when testing the beta version.

8. Additional terms

Additional terms, license terms, end user terms, or other product-specific conditions may apply if you are invited to use the CutBridge beta.

In the event of any conflict, those more specific terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.
