This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected in connection with the CutBridge waitlist, including the waitlist form available on the CutBridge website.
3. What data we collect
When you join the CutBridge waitlist, we may collect:
- your email address,
- your name, if you choose to provide it,
- technical submission and security data, where necessary, such as the date and time of submission, IP address, browser or device metadata, and consent log data.
4. Purposes of processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- to manage the CutBridge waitlist,
- to contact you about upcoming beta rounds, access availability, and operational updates related to the waitlist,
- to maintain records showing that consent was given,
- to protect the security and integrity of the form, website, and related services,
- where necessary, to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
5. Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of:
- your consent, for joining the CutBridge waitlist and receiving waitlist-related email communication;
- our legitimate interest, where strictly necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, maintaining technical logs, and protecting or enforcing legal claims.
6. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing your email address is voluntary, but necessary to join the waitlist.
Providing your name is optional.
If you do not provide your email address, we cannot add you to the waitlist or contact you about access.
7. Sources of data
We receive your personal data directly from you when you submit the waitlist form.
8. Recipients and service providers
Your personal data may be processed by trusted service providers supporting the operation of the CutBridge waitlist, including providers of website infrastructure, hosting, backend services, database infrastructure, and email delivery.
Based on the current implementation of the waitlist flow, this may include in particular:
- GitHub (GitHub Pages), for website hosting and page infrastructure,
- Fly.io, for hosting and serving backend endpoints,
- Supabase, for backend and database infrastructure,
- Resend, for email delivery and waitlist-related email communications.
These providers act on the basis of their applicable contractual and data processing terms, where relevant.
9. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we will rely on a lawful transfer mechanism required under applicable data protection law, such as:
- an adequacy decision, where available,
- Standard Contractual Clauses,
- or another valid transfer safeguard made available by the relevant provider.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- until the CutBridge waitlist process ends,

- until your data is no longer necessary for waitlist administration,

12. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at contact@cutatlas.io.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
13. Automated decision-making
We do not use your personal data submitted through the CutBridge waitlist form for automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.
14. Cookies and similar technologies
The CutBridge website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the operation, security, and proper functioning of the site.
If optional analytics, performance, or marketing technologies are introduced, they will be used only in accordance with applicable law and, where required, on the basis of your consent.
